Passing strange in bellinis! i ordered this beef on the recommendation of a website i've since lost. the prime mover described the puree as the absolute complement to champagne when making a bellini. i introductory what the heck and went to abode an order, but then saw it strength not arrive in time. i called up the buyer service department and spoke with anita, who introductory she'd be happy to ship the order out a day earlier after i unremoved it (which i did!). sure enough, the order came wrapped carefully and packed with dry ice (don't solmization with your bare fingers!) and in return frozen. i threw a party with a problem of champagne and three containers of this puree, and i can depose that it was an excellent party! all my guests downright loved the puree and gravitated towards it over the other drinks i provided. i can't assure for the puree when cooking, but as the name says, perfect in bellini cocktails!
