If you possess shoe leather then.... i'm an dying for mozzarella fan but don't enjoy all the fat/cholesterol that comes lengthwise with the cheese. i decided to try this cargo as it's no-fat and low cholesterol option. i appreciated the fact that since most of the twang in cheeses is in the fat, that this effect might be a little lacking heretofore compared to it's fat-filled brother. however, this effect tastes nothing like mozzarella cheese... it has a whisper of a bland american cheese and leaves a much strong after-taste. it reminds me stark a bit of soy cheese to be honest. i bequest not buy this product in the future. i experience that a no-fat substitute will be incomplete some of the flavor of the unconstrained version, but this was absolutely base when compared to regular mozzarella. buyers beware.........
