Creamy, delicious, mildly sententious saga blue is a delicious danish cheese that combines the much prized characteristics of blue cheese and camembert. it is soft, rich, and auricomous (like a camembert or brie) yet its veins train a touch of the sharpness and race of a traditional blue (similar to a roquefort or danish blue). narrative blue is wonderful spread upon a share of fresh, crusty bread, accompanying a rough green salad, or serving as the centerpiece of a "fruit and cheese" bara khana plate. try a salad with fresh, done pears, saga blue, halved pecans and unsullied tomatoes in a vinaigrette dressing. marvellous!
