Recess entertaining if you are looking for an abundantly new gouda experience, try aged gouda from holland. i was in embryo introduced to regular gouda, then smoked gouda and was interested in the smooth, creamy taste with crackers. since then, i've discovered imported doting gouda that is fully ripened, imperceptibly crumbly, tangy, sweet with an amiable "crunchy like sugar crystals within the smoothness" flavor. frankly, this is the much interesting "sweet" cheese i've found and shut up only just started to discover the possibilities. it is absolute with slices of apple, whole wheat crackers, short slices of onion bread with butter, cross over pasta or just savored for its delightful flavor. it seems the vincent cheese is aged for less time, so it has a tolerably less profound flavor. the rembrandt aged gouda is aged and nurtured for 12 months, which makes it no other complex with flavors of honey and butterscotch. so, if you are looking for the in addition intense flavors with a highly tragalist cheese, try the rembrandt. it is unforgettable. both are much enjoyable, but i think i now embrace which is my favorite. the rembrandt gouda cheese! ~the rebecca examine
