Savory and versatile these olives ejaculate in a family size pack, but are provided great when refrigerated (they don?t burn out in big clumps, but individually because of the oil and salt hearty -> easy dosage). when depitted, they add flavour to many mediterranean dishes: greek country salad or seafood, near run pasta sauces etc. if you poverty to keep it simple: just eat them as they are, mayhap with a glass of ouzo. enjoy!
